This week we celebrated the talent and hard work of our students through our annual Culture Fest celebrations. This year’s theme was ‘A night at the movies’. Performances included themed music, dance, singing, drama and speaking performances to a sell out audience. In addition, students competed in a range of house competitions including choir, prop design, film billboard poster, creative writing and slam poetry. Mercia house were victorious this year, winning the house cup, proudly dressed in their house colours. Congratulations to all who participated.
It has been a fantastic term at Erdington Academy, well done to year 11 on some good mock results and thank you to all staff, parents and students for supporting and contributing to making Erdington Academy such a dynamic and vibrant place to be.
