Our second Enrichment Day of the academic year gives students the opportunity to think about and prepare for their future careers, the importance of British Values and The Rule of Law, as well as guiding students on how to be safe and healthy and helping Year 11 students to prepare for their exams.
There are a range of workshops, events and trips taking place throughout the day. Many Year 7 students will be going to the Big Bang Fair at the NEC while Year 8 will be working with theatre groups, health advisors, the police and an inspirational speaker on how to stay safe and healthy.
Year 9 students will be visiting Steelhouse Lane police station, the Victorian Law Courts, Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery and Council House.
The British Navy are in school to work with Year 10 on team-building and leadership skills.
Year 11 will have intensive Science revision periods 1-4 and then exam skills taught by our Lead Practitioners period 5.
We hope it will be an exciting and enriching day for all.
